Understanding Why My Joints Hurt

Everyone is exposed to various, environmental, working conditions and activities that may cause damage to their bones. Many people have developed protective mechanisms to avert themselves from these. Outlined below are causes to my joints hurt.

Injury is one of the reasons. Children are known to be very playful. During play, the might fall, for example with a bike or as they run and cause damage to themselves. Athletes on the other side depending on the sport, expose their body to risk of harm. Also men, whose trade involves working with machines, run a high exposure to accidents that may be injurious to their bones. Fractures in their bones are common, which may lead to long term ailing. This explains why installation of first aid kits is recommended.

Advance age is also a cause of this. Following scientific research, our body organs wear out with time. Referring also to the ability to renew this worn out tissues may also reduce. Majority of the old aged, suffer from pain, due to reduction of the synovial fluid. This leaves the joints to have a spongy appearance. Inactivity during this period is also a cause. Still on age, women at menopause complain of pain on their bones.

Climatic and weather conditions coupled with the time of day are other causes. Majority of patients raise these concerns especially during cold periods and at night. Scientific research has greatly attributed this to change in thickness of joint fluid during chilly times. Change in barometric pressure, that is, the weight of the atmosphere surrounding us makes the tissue around the bones to expand.

Health is also another major factor. This can be attributed to diseases that bring viruses to our bones or a genetic condition. Viruses are known to attack the points where bones unite, by weakening the tissues that surround these regions. Identified diseases are arthritis and flu to some extent. In addition low level of vitamin, nutrients and calcium may bring about these pains.

Pregnancy in women is another factor. During this time, women body weight increases. Pressure contributed by this body, mass makes one feel aches. Hormones that are released by the body during this time also play a part in sudden changes in the bone structure. This explains why there are labor pains which aids in child birth. If pregnant women, fail to follow advice, decrease in vital nutrients may cause pain.

Size of the body can also bring the pains. Obese people expose their anatomy to exceeding weight which may cause harm to the bones. Medics in their research came to realize, that excessive weight applies enormous stress on the knees and hip. This causes wear and tear. Major of replacement of joint has been done widely person suffering obesity.

Advice is given to people, that immediately the start feeling the symptoms of joints pain to visit a medical doctor. Help will be offered according to the diagnosis. Treatment include, drugs, recommendation to observe ones diet, and physical exercise. Above were some of the factors as to why my joints hurt.
