It is packed with iron and can be very useful for lowering body temperature, it lowers blood pressure and has great results in reducing inflammatory processes in your organism. It will reduce swelling, improve your circulation and boost your libido. It is very good for all people who exercise because it increases endurance. In short, it is advisable to include it in your juices.

Vitamin and fiber rich carrots are great for your eyes, skin and hair. They have really pleasant taste, and will improve the taste of your juices. Combine them with cucumbers, apples and oranges, for example, and add some beet in this combination. Fruits such as grapefruit and pineapple speed up the process of losing weight.

If you want to detoxify your organism, you should try drinking one large glass of freshly prepared juice five times a day. The important thing is to drink enough water as well, to help this process. You shouldn't eat or drink anything else, and it would be ideal to keep this regime for three days. This will be enough to eliminate toxins.

One or two weeks of juicing is a perfect way for losing ten extra pounds. Being on diet is never easy, but this one really works, and has good effects on your health, as well as on your appearance. You don't have to count calories, if you are hungry, you can take another glass of fresh veggies and it's good for your skin.

If you are satisfied with your weight, and want to keep it, try juicing one day every week. This simple and effective way of detoxifying and cleansing your body will be very useful. Or you could replace your dinner with good quality organic vegetable juice.
