Watch this over the net and read articles that might assist you. Increase your motivation and be determined. You can do it. Its just a matter time you are in the finish line.

Now that your mindset is up the chart willing to go further then better start the program. Do not forget a good attitude like keep smiling. You must be happy doing it not because you are forced to do it. Do some research. Choose the best and excellent trainer in town.

A good coach has plenty of good feedbacks and numerous success stories. Talk to their previous trainees and ask their opinions. This could help you evaluate his skills and make sure you are comfortable working with the trainer.
