Detox is a good way of getting your body right back on the track. 1 day complete detox diet plan gives you the the extra push you need to move in the right direction otherwise you will trap yourself in the over indulgent world.

The one day diet plan recommends that you should start your day whilst drinking plenty of lemon juice. All you have to do is to take a jug full o hot water and squeeze a lemon in it. It acts as a cleansing agent because it contains vitamin C and at the same time helps to increase the functionality of your digestive system. You could drink it throughout the day if you want to.

Before breakfast, you need to stimulate your body physically, by doing some light yoga or other form of exercise. You may feel a bit lazy but it is something that you need to do as it gives you an energized feeling.

When you have your breakfast, try to opt for healthy options like a porridge as it releases energy slowly throughout the day or you could have some smoothie. It is up to you whether you opt for vegetable smoothie or fruit smoothie but the ingredients you choose should have cleansing properties. If you're still hungry and it isn't lunch time yet, you could munch on healthy snacks like an apple or any other fiber rich fruit. A light and healthy lunch is a perfect choice for you as it is full of nothing but goodness. You could start off with soup and then finish of your lunch with fresh green leafy salad. Another alternative could be some lentil soup served with mixed greens. Abstain from eating bread or different starches as they thoroughly demolish the detox eating regimen arrangement. When you complete your lunch, go for a stroll for no less than 30 minutes as it helps in processing what you've eaten.

You can have another snack time if you are feeling hungry and think you need something to boost your energy till the dinner time. A good option will be a glass of green juice which contains detoxifying ingredients full of essential vitamins and minerals. You could either make some at home or buy from the shop it depends on your preference.

Your dinner should be a healthy option and that could be a plate of lean protein and some vegetables. You can have grilled or baked fish with steamed vegetables or a piece of grilled chicken breast with vegetables. Keep your portion size a bit small but enough that it fulfills your hunger. Avoid any sort of distractions like TV whilst you're having your dinner so that you can focus on your food an avoid overeating at the same time.

A good night sleep is important for a healthy lifestyle and before sleeping you should unwind yourself. Taking a bath or hot shower is a good way of unwinding. You could also try doing some bed yoga as it stimulates your body even when you are sleeping.
